Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Unopened and unused items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase date with a receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. 
  • Online purchases may be shipped back to the return address provided on the packing slip or brought in to the store. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. 
  • Final sale policy: all gift cards and sale items are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To receive a full refund for events and workshops, attendees must cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled date. After the 14-day period, registration fees are nonrefundable.   

Duke Apothecary does not issue STORE CREDIT for original shipping costs.

ALL SALE ITEMS (ITEMS PURCHASED USING A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT CODE) ARE FINAL SALE.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S).

DUKE APOTHECARY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY RETURN PACKAGES THAT MAY BECOME LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN IN-TRANSIT. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE AND/OR RETURN TRACKING NUMBER WHEN SHIPPING BACK YOUR RETURNS.
